OUR SPIRITS
What is an "UnconventIonal Spirit"? Simple, make something that is different and unique and be creative. Our spirits are not typical. For example, others make spirits from grapes, but we make singular varietal grape vodkas and brandies. And how about a "Grape Spirit"? This is so unique that we had to get secial permission from the Feds to make it, let alone use the name.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
is very simple. Make great unconventional spirits controlling all aspects of the production including the growing of the raw materials from the ground up. This requires us to work closely with our growers whether it is our own vineyards or those of others. Some like to use the phrase "Grain to Bottle" but we prefer "From the Ground Up'
Our spirits are made with the same care as a fine wine emphasizing the quality and the character of the fruit. It all starts with the soll and the meticulous care of the plant that is the source of our raw materials.

EVENTS
How would you like to hold your next event between the tanks and copper columns of our still? We can easily accomodate groups up to 100 whether it is for a small gathering of your friends or a special meeting for your work. Our facility also includes a small kitchen and a conference room for your use.
